Thanks to everyone for a wonderful Carnival 2009! We made ITN, Sky and BBC TV and - fantastic news - in terms of the judged competition came second in our section of large modern contemporary bands, and third overall out of all the groups who took part.
BUT NOW it's time for THAMES FESTIVAL NIGHT PARADE at 6 - 9 pm, Sunday, 13 September 2009.
CLICK HERE to see Fox on the BBC at Carnival (remember, you have to wait until the advert ends...)

Where and when to meet: At 6 pm on the embankment just before Waterloo Bridge and behind the Savoy Hotel / Somerset House (a spot will be marked "Fox" on the street). We will give out our magical illuminated light accessories at 6 pm - so be there early to avoid disappointment!
RULES TO KNOW AND REMEMBER
• If you attended Notting Hill Carnival, you do not need to register again.
But you can register at the Fox School gate on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday at 3.30 pm, or can CLICK HERE to email us and we will email you a registration form. Or CLICK HERE download our online form as a PDF.
• Registration forms must be returned by Wednesday 9
• Friends and family are always welcome to join us but EVERYONE must wear the Fox Carnival T-shirt as their top layer: no hoodies or coats, etc, on top! If it is cold or wet, we provide see-through macs.
• Everyone must carry a pole with children's artwork that we provide, i.e. Fox has no dancers without poles
• No flags are to be carried, only Fox poles; if you don't dance, however, you may wear a stewarding vest and help in that role.
• No-one brings their own music or asks for other music as our music is decided weeks in advance. Our sound system will be on a golf buggy.
• Feel free to accessorise with outrageous jewellery, sparkly things and anything pink, and DO wear any additional lights or flashing items you may have! The brighter, the better, but remember your T-shirt is the star.
CLICK HERE to email a question OR call us on 07775 947 300.

ENDING: The parade finishes by 9.15 pm when everyone will be given a snack and drink in Doon Street car park behind the National Theatre. We ask you to help load the lorry with poles before leaving.
• Many of you will want to see the spectacular fireworks over the Thames at 9:45 pm.
NOTE: all streets here are closed to traffic by Sunday lunchtime. We recommend that you get the Tube to Embankment.
